Key Staffing is a local independent agency owned and run by a husband and wife team. Andy and June live in Gloucestershire and work together to provide temporary staff to hospitals in the South West and beyond.

Andy and June pride themselves on their face to face interaction with both Clients and Candidates.

Building close relationships enables Key Staffing to provide the best quality care around. Our small, local agency is developing strong productive relationships with both clients and candidates in the South West.

Training

Support and free annual online training

Refreshing your training keeps you compliant and working. June is qualified in learning and development and understands how this is achieved.

We can:

  • Arrange a local 1-day practical training course (at a cost to you) but unlike other agencies we do not charge for certificates
  • Offer you free one-to-one support with completing your revalidation or CPD
  • Notify you when your training refresher periods are approaching

About Us

Who are we?

Andy

Andy is a qualified ODP with over 30 years of experience working as both staff and agency within Private hospitals and the NHS across the country. He is qualified in all aspects of Theatre from Anaesthetics , Recovery and most scrub specialities and also in Endoscopy and HDU and covers positions within our Client Hospitals.

June

June is a HR qualified professional working across both human resource and Learning and Development for 10 years in a highly regulated environment. Their combined experience has inspired them to create Key Staffing, their mission is:
“To build strong, lasting, personal, honest and trustworthy relationships with both clients and candidates, whilst providing and supporting medical staff who are excellent in their field".

Matt

Matt is our Compliance Officer, tasked with keeping everyone up to date and working. He is a local strongman so contact him with all your training needs, both medical and physical!
